What to Expect?
Expect to be nervous until you flip a few times and get comfortable. It is tiring and your abdominal muscles can get sore. Then you should be optimistic as you feel the backflip is within reach after some training.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is it worth the drive? You are in Everett!
Seattle and Bellevue students say yes! Students from Kent make the trip weekly to learn from me. Out of states students have also said its worth it. I teach in a competitive gymnastics gym with all the right equipment and students appreciate my coaching experience teaching acrobatics for over a decade.
How long before I can backflip?
Most students flip in their first lesson!
What if I’m scared to flip during the lesson?
Fear is normal, I’ll guide through as many flips until you feel confident.
What If I want to learn a different type of flip?
I also teach front flip, back handspring and aerial.
How long to flip on grass?
It takes someone 200-500 flips to get comfortable and good enough to flip on a hard surface. Assume 20 flips per class, so 10 classes at a rate of 1 class per week means 2-3 months.
