What to Expect?

Start Training At Home!
Drill 1 Set Jump
Start jumping alot and extending straight up in the air. This is how you start your back flip, the higher and straighter the better your flip.
Drill 2 Tuck On The Ground
You will do the motion for a back tuck, but on the ground. The motion needs to be explosive and violent to get your butt off the ground.
